University of Utah Health Care looked to Rumor Advertising to break through the local healthcare advertising clutter and develop a campaign that had a personable bedside manner. They needed something that contrasted with the tired happy patient/doc stock image that has become the healthcare advertising standard, something that spoke to the patient in a friendly and approachable tone.
