I started working with Nomatic in the fall of 2015, just before the launch of their second Kickstarter campaign. Since then, we have navigated a rename, scaling the business into several new product spaces, and launched seven successful Kickstarter campaigns.
In 2019 we spent a lot of time refining the overall brand. I built out a proper brand guide and worked to unify the identity across all aspects of the business. A product refresh and two of the most massive Kickstarters to date (bringing in over 3 million in funding) helped shape the visual direction. I also spent a lot of time in the studio creating a consistent tone to the product photography.
After a full product refresh with improvements to both design and materials, we were left with four years of obsolete imagery. We worked to unify the brands photographic tone.
Over the last four years Nomatic has built a business through crowdfunding, successfully funded their entire product line with the support of their amazing community. They have over 10 million in backing across the Kickstarter and Indiegogo platforms and I have worked with them across their last seven campaigns.
